The role We're looking for a freelance Business Developer to help us connect with agencies, brands, and key decision-makers. Someone who opens doors, sparks conversations, and brings the right opportunities our way. Not cold selling. This is relationships, spotting opportunities, and matching them with bold, creative work.

Well-connected in the creative, advertising, and branding scene
Confident pitching ideas and building trust with clients
Proactive, independent, and excited to help us grow
You enjoy meeting people, understanding their needs, and finding win-win opportunities
Flexible to travel within Europe/US to connect with new clients and develop leads
