Customer Success Specialist – SaaS Industry Preferred
Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving retention in a fast-paced SaaS environment? We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to help clients maximize our solutions, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
Build and manage lasting customer relationships
Develop tailored success plans to drive adoption and retention
Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales
Collaborate with onboarding, sales, and product teams
Advocate for customers, providing insights and feedback
Track key CS metrics (LTV, MRR, Churn, renewals) and drive revenue growth
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 3+ years in client success, project management, or account management (SaaS preferred)
✔️ Experience with CRMs (Salesforce, ), Zoom, Google Apps, and Slack
✔️ Proven ability to drive customer retention and satisfaction
✔️ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
