Technical & Architectural: • CI/CD: Develop and maintain pipelines for building, testing, and deploying applications (preferably GitLab CI / Jenkins). • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Manage infrastructure and configurations using Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation. • Containerization: Writing Dockerfiles, building images and orchestrating containers using Docker, Docker Compose. Experience with Kubernetes is a big advantage. • Monitoring & Logging: Build and maintain a comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging system (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, AWS CloudWatch). • SRE/DevSecOps: Ensure the reliability (SLA/SLO), fault tolerance, and security of the infrastructure. What We Expect From You (Must-Haves): Leadership Experience: 2+ years as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Senior DevOps (with mentoring responsibilities) leading a team of 3+ engineers. With a total of 7+ years of experience in DevOps. • Deep AWS Expertise: Excellent knowledge of key services: • Compute & Network: EC2, VPC, Route 53, ELB/ALB. • Containers: EKS, ECS, ECR. • Storage & DB: S3, EFS, RDS (PostgreSQL/MySQL), DynamoDB. • Management & Security: IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Systems Manager. • Understanding of networking principles (routing, VLANs, VPNs). • CI/CD: Proven experience building and supporting complex pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD). • IaC: strong knowledge of Terraform. Experience with Ansible/Puppet/Chef. • Containers: Deep knowledge of Docker (architecture, deployment, administration). • Monitoring: Experience with the Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki/ELK stack. • System Skills: Excellent Linux and Windows knowledge, proficient in scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python). • Soft Skills: Strong communication, systems thinking, and a proactive attitude. Availability & Location: Located in a time zone between UTC+1 and UTC+4 for effective team synchronization. What Will Be a Big Plus (Nice-to-Haves) • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional). • Experience implementing DevSecOps practices. • Experience with hybrid-cloud Kubernetes installations. • Experience with other cloud providers (Azure, GCP). • Experience with Microsoft services: Azure cloud, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, Teams, Defender for Identities, Purview, policies and best practices. • Knowledge of requirements and experience with SOC2 (or other certifications like ISO/IEC 27001 or HIPAA).
