We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve issues and delivering an outstanding support experience.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and CRM tools
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM systems and email support
- Attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office
- Previous customer service experience preferred
