We’re on the lookout for a Bookkeeper to join our dynamic, remote team! What You’ll Do: Manage bookkeeping for a variety of clients (and yes, we promise they can be fun to work with!) *Collaborate with a team of bookkeeping pros to elevate our service and support each other in tackling challenges. *Stay organized and keep deadlines in check while enjoying the perks of remote work. * Performing bank account and credit card reconciliation. * Conducting bookkeeping reviews. * Paying and tracking bills/loans. Collecting and tracking invoices. * Filing 1099(s). * Calculating and collecting sales tax. * Payroll filing and reporting. * Maintaining spreadsheets of financial transactions. * Submitting a detailed daily report to your direct supervisor. * Keeping detailed time tracking per client. * Using internal software to record client work completed. * Performing other related duties as needed or agreed upon What’s in it for You: Competitive pay: $7-$10/hour based on your experience, plus bonuses after your first 90 days! *Part Time hours: 20 hours a week, then after 90 days transition to full-time hours: 40 hours a week, with the freedom to work in your time zone. *A supportive, fun work environment where you can learn and grow alongside industry experts!
